By creating an account or using Exify you agree to these terms with Typebit Technologies LLP ("we"). If you do not agree, do not use Exify.
Exify lets you record expenses, budgets and payment methods and share a workspace with a team. It is a record-keeping tool, not financial, tax or legal advice. Exchange rates shown are indicative, fetched from a public source, and may differ from the rate your bank applies; you can edit the rate on any expense.
You must be at least 18. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide a working email address — we use it for verification and security codes.
A workspace owner controls who is invited, members' roles and the workspace's data. By joining a workspace you allow its owner and managers to see the expenses you record there. Owners and managers may edit or delete any expense in their workspace; staff may edit only their own.
Do not use Exify to store data you have no right to store, to interfere with the service or other users, to attempt to access other workspaces, or to send unsolicited invitations.
You own the information you enter. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and display it to you and your workspace members in order to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Exify is provided "as is". We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own copies of important records — you can export expenses as a PDF report or CSV at any time.
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions you make based on data in Exify, or for losses caused by inaccurate exchange rates. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (Exify is currently free, so this may be zero).
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Indore, India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
