Delete your Exify account
In the app — instant
Open Exify → tap your name at the top → Account → Delete account, and confirm twice. This permanently removes your account, your profile photo and any workspace that only you belong to.
By email — if you can't open the app
Email typebit.studio@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We send a confirmation code to that address to verify the request, then delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details
Your profile photo
Every workspace that only you belong to, including all its expenses, budgets, cards and settings
What is kept
Expenses you recorded in a workspace shared with other people stay with that workspace, as part of the team's records.
Backups are purged within 30 days.
If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, remove them or hand over ownership first; otherwise deletion is refused to protect the team's records.
